Appointment Information

The first appointment is an initial meeting between us which and lasts for up to 50 mins.

There is no fee for this appointment

It is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy and see how it feels

Each weekly session once we begin our work together is 50 minutes long at the same time and day each week.  

I offer short or long term work
